The gentlemen at the front desk were so nice helpful as we navigated the next part of our travels. They were also full of information about the area and transportation. Thanks to Jesse and Osmo! We loved the sauna in our room and the breakfast was amazing! Nice people there to! Loved the cross country ski culture

We are a mixed couple that traveled all the way from Turku, the cabin was very cozy and warm, close enough to the stores, gas station with a beautiful view towards the ski resort. The breakfast was exceptional!

I really did enjoy my stay here! I suggest booking through the Lapland Fellas website for cheaper options and more info on the property. There are 2 kitchens with lots of space and tools to cook. I stayed in the dorm and it was very peaceful. The only thing is there wasn't reception or a worker there the whole time except the cleaning crew that came every 2-3 days. A major plus is that the xc skis and poles, shoes, and bikes were free to use for a couple hours a day! A quick 8 minute bike ride to the store or a hike through the woods was a great way for me to make myself go outside. Staying here is so tranquil, quiet, and peaceful. If you are thinking of staying here, do it! If you're coming to Akaslompolo you have to stay here, its exceptional for the price, especially!

Everything! So serene and beautiful. Got the most magnificent aurora show from bed.

Spa was really nice, especially the saunas. Staff was the best, everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even our dog was greeted with some treats when we arrived. Breakfast was really good.

Amazing location, and very polite and helpful staff. Good breakfast and lovely place for coffee. We rented snowshoes and went around. We saw here the most beautiful aurora.

Wonderful staff, and a beautiful location. The sauna facilities were excellent, and the staff was willing to keep them hot for us as we had arrived at the time they were going to be turned off.
