The location might seem strange outside of Pau in an industrial area, but it’s actually very central with many great restaurants, bars, activities, sports options at walking or short driving distance.

With a 24-hour front desk, this hotel is 1.1 mi from the center of Lescar and 4.1 mi from Pau. It offers a elevator, rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi access.

The front desk staff was wonderful. I did not get the young mans name that was at the desk that spoke great English. He had short dark hair. There was an issue with our bathroom light fixture and he had it fixed by the time that we returned from dinner. I love the IBIS hotel chain. The rooms are always clean and have an interesting feature. I wish that we had booked this hotel for the 2 nights that we were in Pau for the Tour De France. The breakfast was included and was just the perfect touch. I loved the workout signs that were around the property. I 100% would recommend staying here. There is free parking and the rooms are quite. Due to the location of the hotel there is also no street noise that we heard.

Gite d'Ossau is a recently renovated vacation home in Lescar where guests can make the most of its outdoor swimming pool, open-air bath, and garden.

What an incredibly wonderful stay with William here at the edge of the Pyrenees. We loved our welcome, the beautiful, renovated home, just being able to sit out on the veranda and look out at the glorious horizon and also they’ve just installed a new above ground pool. How incredible to be able to have a little dunk after a long days walk. Especially loved Williams warm and engaging welcome, his attention to details, his willingness to share some of their story and to hear ours and the beautiful five star Michelin dinner and breakfast we received.
