This is a beautiful hotel, with an outstanding restaurant. On the fancy side for a Francigena pilgrim, but a very worthwhile splurge. My room, very comfortable and nicely appointed, had a balcony with a stunning view over the Loue Valley and surrounding mountains. Staff is friendly, and quite informal: no one was there when I arrived, but the door was open, with a handwritten note and a number to call. I called, and was told which room was mine and to take the room key from the hooks at the front desk. Dinner at the restaurant was superb, with a to-die-for view.

New, clean, comfortable, very good pillow (memory foam), high quality products for breakfast. Attentive staff. Effective A/C. We arrived very late and the manager at the front desk was waiting for us. Safe gated parking.

Staff was exceptional. We finished our leg of the pilgrimage early and there was a lot of rain so we couldn’t go back out and they helped us find a place to hang out in the hotel and came and got us as soon as our room was ready.
