We stayed for a wedding but I wouldn't have stayed there...
We stayed for a wedding but I wouldn't have stayed there that long if it was a normal holiday. It is a VERY quiet town with not much going on. Restaurants not open late, and shops either rarely open or close very early. Lovely if you want a very peaceful place to stay and just do your own cooking.Guest review byAlexandraUnited Kingdom

Sylvia & Alain’s home is wonderfully peaceful, and they themselves are delightful hosts; their breakfasts are excellent. They even let us in at 2am when we stumbled back drunk and forgot our keys. The rooms are clean, the beds comfy, and the surrounding garden picturesque. If you are staying in Charolles, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here. The staff and service were excellent. The room was a good size and the bathroom very good. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was very good. The pool was also very good. We paid for the secure parking which we recommend. At anytime when we required the car it was delivered to outside reception within 10 minutes.
