The breakfast was great and it had a large variety. Also it's great that there was a coffee machine. The location was only 5 minutes from the metro and there are also a few bus stations near so you can gain access to Paris quite easily this way.

Location, kindness of the staff, cleanliness.

The hotel is on a great location, the city center was easily reachable with various public transportation in a short time. The whole room was very clean, the beds were fantastic and the room was quiet, ideal for rest after a long day. The crew was very helpfull, the language was not a problem since everybody had a good level of English. The breakfast was marvelous and wide variety of selection. It was very good, that the laguages could stay for a few hours after the checkout.

Centrally located and very accessible

From the moment we arrived at the hotel to our departure, everything was perfect. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Celine was a great help and guide during our stay. A super nice hotel, very friendly and clean. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and choices. The room was beautiful and everything was available that we would need during our visit at this hotel.

We liked everything about the property, it was clean, cozy, beautiful. Our room was great and the view from the room was amazing. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

Location was very convenient… and the gentleman who was at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful

Breakfast was good staff were excellent and very helpful

Great location and rooms are great size.

Great front office staff, combined with an accessible location, close to the Paris main touristic sites, made my stay as one of the most pleasant stays in Paris this year. A futuristic hotel interior design concept is very well integrated into the Paris traditional roofs buildings neighborhoods, with a cozy view on traditional Parisian roofs but also the hotel has a nice view to the Tour Eiffel and Business Center of Paris.

peaceful environment and that everything works easily

We liked absolutely everything. The rooms are big enough and exceptionally clean. Tasty breakfast. Very comfortable beds! We also had a view over the Eiffel Tower, which was a surprising bonus. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. I gave 10 points for location because, although the hotel is not in the very centre of the city, it is quite convenient to travel by public transport.

We had a lovely stay at Maison Eugenie. The location is great..the metro and bus station are right across the street. There are restaurants around the area, the hotel restaurant has good Spanish food! The bed was really big and comfortable and had multiple pillows. I personally book it for the old-fashioned French look and loved it, so if you are looking for modern rooms look elsewhere. I read few comments about noise before booking and was worried, but we didn’t have any issues. Our room was on the side street, but we didn’t hear any noise. Not even from the hallway. The employees were great, we even arrived super early and didn’t expect to get a room but they went above and beyond and got us checked in quicker than expected. The breakfast was alright, I looked forward to the croissant and french baguette each day.

The hotel is very well located and the staff is very friendly.the room was clean and the breakfast delicious.my children loved the hotel so much that we booked it twice

Everything! Climbing gym! Blackout curtains! Pool!

Everything! It is such a nice property! Well located and amazing staff

Very friendly staff, everyone make us feel like home, I would recommend to my friends, very helpful, excellent, the best.

Beautiful view from the window, excellent breakfast, stylish area downstairs, convenient for coming and working, the hotel is cozy

The hotel accomodated a change that I needed so easy, very helpful, Olga at the front desk when I arrived was so kind and helpful, she is amazing! I felt safe walking on neighboorhood and the metro to the main attractions is very convenient, I would stay again.

Was upgraded yo a bigger room upon check in and staff is very pleasant and accomodating.

The unit was beautiful and modern. There were balconies at every door and we could see part of the Eiffel Tower from one of the balconies.

Wonderful location. Close to the metro and fabulous neighborhood. Lovely helpful staff

It is new, clean, comfy. Staff is always there for you and very helpful. Breakfasts are great, didn't get tired of them for 10 days. Location is good too, i thought that maybe it would be far from the center, but it actually is a 15 minute metro ride to louvre. Anywhere else in Paris you would still need to take one. Also, big plus - the station is very new and clean, so is the train.
