Charmingly redecorated room in a traditional French hotel. Room opened out to a lovely view of the river. the bed was very comfortable and the room size was generous. There was bottled water in the room when we arrived. The bathroom was huge by French standards and had thoughtful amenities like q-tips. There's great riverside bar. We made a reservation for dinner which was EXCELLENT. Highly recommend eating there for their creative and delicious menu and beautiful dining room. Breakfast (extra charge) was served in the bar area and had all the standards of a French hotel breakfast. Although there's not tons to do in Clisson, we'd stay there again if we were in the area.

The location is beautiful. The facilities, including the pool and the restaurant were outstanding, and the staff were very accommodating and gracious. Soulaimane and the rest of the staff went above and beyond.

Stayed for Hellfest, arriving the day before, and we're so glad we did. The place is clean, and a great size for a couple. We went to a local supermarket to get ingredients for cooking and the pans were all very clean! Great idea to cook dinner and breakfast before our day. I asked if it was possible to check in a tad early due to our early flight and they were so helpful and let us check in a couple of hours beforehand, no trouble or extra charges. It's only a 20 minute walk to Hellfest and Clisson is stunning. All really easy to get the keys and access the place.

    Very interesting place.

    Very interesting place. We originally chose it primarily because we wanted somewhere on the rail line into Nantes - about 20 minutes away. But it significantly exceeded that basic requirement. Well worth a couple of nights.

    A short walk away is the town centre, it is up a steep hill...

    A short walk away is the town centre, it is up a steep hill so be prepared! The other way over the bridge is another steep hill and a walkway under the bridge with a beautiful mural this then takes you up so that you can get into a park full of follies and statues. There was also a canoe and slalom hire shop that was very popular when we walked past on Saturday AM. In 200m radius there are a number of bars and restaurants we didn't try any food but had a couple of beers and a chat with some of the very friendly locals.

    immaculate accomodation ,very comfortable and quiet considering closeness to centre of Clisson. 14 minute walk to the train station for travelling wider. I went to Nantes, Angers and Pornic with ease. Really well located for beautiful Riverside walks and shops , supermarkets and places to eat in Clisson. Had everything you need . I would recommend.

    The hotel has a wonderful garden restaurant that leads down to the river. In the evening the trees are full of festoon coloured lights. The food,service and drinks were perfect.Its how you imagine a French country Inn to be!
