The facility was super clean, modern new apartment with comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. It looked just exactly like the photos in the advertisement. The host was super kind. We had difficulty in opening the door at the first time, but he was very patient and even send his father to assist us.

5 Stars – A Perfect Family Getaway in Sundhouse! This was our second time staying at this charming apartment in Sundhouse, France—and once again, it was absolutely perfect! We had a wonderful 12-night stay with our family and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The apartment was spacious enough for our entire family of six, with cozy bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely living area where we could relax together after a day of exploring. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and we appreciated the attention to detail—fresh linens, good quality towels, and even a few local treats to welcome us. We also really appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the apartment, especially during a longer stay with kids—it made packing lighter and managing laundry effortless. One of the biggest highlights was the air conditioning—an absolute lifesaver during the heat wave we experienced at the beginning of our stay, when temperatures soared to 38°C! It kept the apartment wonderfully cool and comfortable, allowing us to sleep soundly and enjoy our time indoors despite the extreme heat. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive from the beautiful Alsace villages, vineyards, and scenic countryside. We even made a day trip to Europa-Park, which is only about a 40-minute drive away—such a great bonus for families looking for nearby fun and adventure. Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering great recommendations for local sights and restaurants, and always available if we had any questions. Their warmth and hospitality really made our stay special. Returning to this apartment felt like coming back to a familiar and much-loved place. If you're looking for a relaxing, family-friendly base in Alsace, this apartment in Sundhouse is an absolute gem. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

This was an outstanding place to stay, one of the best on our month-long trip. The hosts were extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. The room was immaculate, brand new, and very well designed and furnished. I would recommend without any question.

    This review comes about 3 weeks after our visit there as I like to have a dispassionate judgement of what I felt. I stayed only 2 nights being in transit from France to Romania; we would like to come back here - it was the best apartment we got on our long road. The apartment is very clean and has absolutely everything you need, the parking space is large. It is a very quiet town, exactly what we wanted. The house rules made by Big Mamma are very funny and I don't think they are exaggerated
