Beautiful and well maintained place. Delicious restaurant. Exc service and they help me to coordinate in advance to have my birthday dinner with friends in a separate room to have all together. They also have a cute bar inside to go for a drink after the food.

Our stay at Villa Giselle was truly special. The house itself is beautiful, full of character, history, and very well cared for. From the moment we arrived with our dog Cooper, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness by the charming hostess, who made us feel completely at home. She was always available if we needed anything, even calling a restaurant to arrange dinner for us and helping with parking our car. We also really enjoyed the conversations we shared with her during dinner and breakfast, it made the stay feel personal and memorable. And the breakfast - it is absolutely not ordinal "bnb breakfast", it is also special, with homemade cake, jams, and a smoothie, which was healthy and delicious 👌. Thanks to her warm atmosphere, we also had the pleasure of meeting a lovely couple from Turkey during breakfast, which added even more charm to our visit. I must say, our stay gave us the feeling of visiting a beloved relative rather than staying somewhere unfamiliar. Everything felt easy, cozy, and sincere. We only regretted planning to stay for just one night in such a wonderful place.

Marie-Olie, the owner, knows everything about the village, and her love for the house really shows. The bathroom has a touch of grandeur and feels very comfortable. Our room stayed cool, even though it was hot outside. It was very spacious for three people. It was the perfect stopover on our journey from the Netherlands to Switzerland. Next time, we'll have dinner at the castle.

Unfortunately, our overall experience with the stay in Hayange was very disappointing. The actual condition of the property was completely different from what was presented in the listing and photos. The rooms, kitchen, and toilet were not properly cleaned and felt very unhygienic. The kitchen was extremely dusty and unusable, which even caused dust allergy symptoms for some of us. In addition, the toilet flush was not working throughout the night and until the following day. As we were travelling with family and young children, this created a very uncomfortable situation. Instead of resolving the issue properly, we were advised to use a nearby barber shop restroom in the morning, which was highly unprofessional. The overall handling of guest concerns lacked responsibility and professionalism. To make matters worse, the caution deposits for our two stays, totaling €900 (€400 + €500), have still not been refunded. Overall, the cleanliness, facilities, maintenance, and service quality were far below expectations and did not match the property description provided online.

Hayange really isn't a beauty.

Hayange really isn't a beauty. Many worn down houses and non-welcoming surroundings. Strange people walking the streets etc. The Church is nice though, the supermarkets are good and the piscine (at least from the outside) looks nice too.

This is a squat no bed linen no towels no toilet paper The smell of urine was overpowering. Had to get other accommodation at ten at night as I would not put a dog in those beds No keys no locks terrible are pictures are available

Very bad communication with the owner. Does not understand d English and does not respond back. The location was very untidy and there was no locker to get the keys. The neighbors helped us out by allowing to take a quick break at their place, but we were left stranded after reaching the location otherwise! We were not even refunded for the booking we had made! This looks like a scam, and a shame to be booking.com properties! Big NO to people trying to book this place. Save your money and rather go for a better hotel instead.

Lovely building with a splendid garden that we could sit out in. Very charming and helpful host. The room was very nice and the bed super comfy. The town of Hayange gets a bad press, but we really enjoyed our stay. There is a fantastic brewpub (the Bascule) very nearby, and plenty of eateries. We had a superb pizza at Ciao Bella.

Interior design is amazing and close to nothing else I've ever seen in a 4 star hotel. The hotel is located close to the main highway, but far enough not to have any noise from it. Staff was very efficient and friendly. The meal in the restaurant and breakfast buffet were both excellent!
