It was quiet and friendly, great breakfast and location.

A perfect combination of preserving heritage and adapting it to current needs. The place is beautiful and quiet like a hidden gem. The staff are extremely warm and welcoming.

location for a secure car park-staff were well mannered food was good the shower could of been a bit more cleaner tho but overall was a good experience

Secure, gated accommodation. Who needs 5 star luxury at 5 star prices when all you need is a clean, comfortable room in a secure building. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely the best part of our stay was a gentleman in the reception - he was so lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very kind, guided us with our trip to Paris. If we come back, he will be the reason of us choosing this particular accommodation.

Great location in Chantilly, close to the Palace in one direction and to the main boulevard in the other. Welcoming staff, very friendly and helpful. Dog friendly - they even provided a dog bed with porcelain water and food bowls in the room! Beautiful rooms, spacious, quiet and private, with very comfortable beds and pillows. The Jardin d’Hiver restaurant was fantastic - we ate there two nights in a row and couldn’t fault it. The food was delicious, a very high standard and presentation Added bonus was the valet parking.

This place is simply unbelievably beautiful!! In my entire life, I have never experienced such service! This hotel easily deserves 5⭐️ in every possible way — the service, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the staff… a special thank you to them: so friendly, so attentive to every little detail! There was so much care, especially considering we had bad weather — it felt like they were even more concerned about our stay than we were!! An incredible experience! And it truly makes you want to come back again to this magical, spotless hotel! I couldn’t find a single downside, even if I tried — for the first time in all my travel experience, this is truly 100 out of 10! Exactly 100!!!!

The standard double room we had had a great corner location overlooking the town square. Love the small seats you can use for reading... The room is very clean and cozy. The breakfast is amazing there was a decent selection and everything tasted great. The ambiance in the breakfast hall is very good. There is also a private hotel parking with chargers for electric cars. The stations for the free buses going to the chateau and the train station are in front of the hotel.

The room was very clear with a great view of the golf course, very easy to get to and staff were helpful!

Incredible!!! Super comfortable and modern cottage. The deep bathtub was perfect for soaking a tired body. Staff were just so helpful.

It’s very easy to locate very quiet the receptionist is very accommodating and the room was very clean and well prepared there is free tea and coffee with water heater there is soap and shampoo and toilet tissue prepared for guess there is also towel extra blanket and hair dryer 😊
