Very attentive couple operating the gite, they made the effort to have the local tabac serve us dinner on target short notice when he would normally close.

Lockable garage parking was excellent for motorbikes. The hotel staff were lovely. The bed was super comfy, the rooms were clean and the water was hot. The hotel had a lovely homely feel although it was a bit dated and the bar shut at 8.30. The pool was a nice addition. There were a few restaurants open for food and some great breakfast and coffee options

The perfect hostess .. warm, friendly, nothing is too much trouble, but without being overly familiar. The swimming pool, of course. And the rural location, including nuthatches just metres from where we ate breakfast!
