The Chateau de Gardès is a beautiful property full of history, architecture, and modern convenience. The Lafayette suite was large, comfortable, and very clean. The owners have done a fantastic job restoring the chateau. It is a peaceful and enjoyable location. Hospitality was fantastic! We enjoyed immensely hearing of the property and family history and touring the beautiful grounds. Highly recommend.

The area is beautiful, the hosts are lovely and the cabins are great. Everything we needed was supplied and available. Unfortunatley it was cold and wet when we stayed but we were still very comfortable as there is heating and extra bedding.
