The central location was extremely convenient for exploring Pau. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful, truly wonderful customer service. The room was comfortable, the private parking reduced a lot of stress as we didn’t have to find parking or drag bags anywhere far. We travelled with two very young children and it was truly a wonderful stay for all of us!

This Hotel had all the American Standards and more! Very Comfortable bed, Amazing Garden and Pyranees Mountain View from our room as we requested. Lovely and kind Staff. Will rebook this hotel the next time we're in Pau.

Everything was fine, we had two rooms for us five, which was enough. The rooms are warm (AC working), everything clean, showers are fine. The breakfast is okay but could be more varied. The staff is very polite and helpful. Good location near big shopping center, parking at the hotel is available.

The location was within a short drive to the parking for the city center. The shower was spacious and had good pressure and temperature. The breakfast was convenient with many choices of foods. The host was gracious to chill a bottle of wine for us. The room and bedding was clean and fresh.

The cafe is in a very convenient location, and the room was quite comfortable. It was nice to be able to buy snacks and beverages in the tabac. There was a band playing the night we arrived, and we actually enjoyed it! The noise level was reasonable and it didn't go too late, so we enjoyed listening to the music from our room. Staff was very welcoming in both French and English.
