The medium size hotel is at the outskirts of beuatiful Chaource (local cheese and interesting chchurch), easy to find and with ample parking space. Rooms are modern, medium size with good facilities. Nice restaurant at the hotel if you don't want to go to town. Town centre is a short walk. The breakfast is magnificent. I wish that every 3 stal hotel is like this one.

Not a great deal of choice in town for accommodation, so this was a very pleasant surprise. Had taken an upscale room to have room for bikes. Wasn’t necessary as staff found a safe storage area, but the room was a treat! Dinner at hotel was also excellent. Pretty town as well - good for late afternoon wander.
