There was a lot of parking spaces

Close to château de Versailles. Parking lot close during the night

Right away I could tell the staff was great. One of the managers, Jaciek, gave me a great room. He and his staff were really friendly and attentive. Kelvin and another gentleman at the bar would get me ice cubes at night. Everyone was super welcoming and always friendly, even though I could tell it was a busy weekend for them. Jaciek was right about the air conditioning in my room. it was a little slow to get cool but after a few hours the room was cool enough for sleep in the middle of a heatwave. The location was close to some decent restaurants ànd a large grocery store. if you have a car or hire a car its very easy to access places to go out or to get food/drink. The breakfast looked really good but I didn't partake as I am not much of an eater in the morning. The Nuxe shower and bath products were really nice as well.

The property is not as seen in pictures,I went there abd left,so I contacted booking they asked me to contact the property for refund. This is the Answer of the property: in principle we take note of the conditions of sale and opening hours before entering into contracts. typing is a regular issue. our rooms are not locked but with code. thank you for everything. remember that it is not refundable. see you. This is not at all professional, I trusted Booking.com but now I will be more careful.

Unfortunately, there was nothing positive worth mentioning about this stay. The hotel was disappointing overall, did not feel worth the money, and the experience was far worse than expected.

An Ibis hotel that meets the standards appreciated by guests looking for good value for money and certified, consistently good standards. This Ibis is situated on the outskirts of Paris – convenient if you have a car – along the N10 motorway, near Trappes and Elancourt. Standard rooms; a decent breakfast served from 06:00, offering both savoury and sweet options for under 7 euros, is convenient to have at the hotel (given its location along the motorway). The staff are courteous. Parking is available opposite the hotel, including three charging points for electric cars.

The room was clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was an excellent stay for PBP 2023, see you again in four years.

The property was beautiful. Our room was simple but met all our needs. The staff were very pleasant and more than willing to accommodate our few requests. We didn’t try the restaurant but there are a few within walking distance.

Location was the only reason I booked it. Free parking was nice.

Le staff es exceptionnel Emplacement top

We chose this hotel for its fairly close proximity to Versailles and its reasonable value compared to other properties in the area. Free onsite parking was also a bonus for us and it was only a 20 min drive to Versailles. It was a great hotel and we enjoyed eating and drinking in their onsite restaurant. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable.

The staff were excellent. Especially the manager who was always helpful

It was in a very nice neighborhood. The hotel was just we were looking for

Everything was clean and the room was comfortable

Price and location were what we were looking for. Very hot shower!

Exceptionally clean, neat. Super friendly and helpful staff.

The staff is amazing .. she helped us a lot as we were late and also with ordering food . (since we do not know french , she helped us a lot)

Great location and an incredible staff they go above and beyond !!!

Was good and comfortable place

Very nice room with big bathroom

The staff. The quietness of the area. The restaurant, however, you need to make a reservation when you book your room.
