Beautiful Property.. The rooms are stunning beds very comfortable.. great location 15 mins by car to Saint Emilion .. very easy .. The couple that own the house could not be more helpful and accommodating! Wonderful place with pool whirlpool and sauna… and super breakfast ! Had a great stay !!

The room was very spacious for a couple to enjoy a quiet stay in the center of the city. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and simply decorated with thoughtful details of french charm. The staff was very friendly and always so helpful. I absolutely loved staying at La Maison du Clocher!

Location in the middle of Saint Emilion vineyards is beautiful. Inside design is modern. Anna arranged a great wine tasting tour at Château Pipeau nearby. Having wines available in the kitchen is a nice touch.

This is the most wonderful place to stay, I only wish we could have stayed longer or come in better weather to really enjoy the property. The rooms are named, not numbered, with a common area between them. Very large, comfortable rooms, nicely decorated. Wonderful breakfast with a selection of homemade jams & breads. Our hostess was absolutely the most gracious we’ve had! We walked out the property in the rain just before we left to get the feel for the place. Right on the Dordogne. We highly recommend! Thank you for your hospitality!

Loved the view on the vineyards and the chateau from the room. The room had old fashioned charm with modern comfort. Great place to venture out into the winery area. The food and wine at the property were freshly made and delicious.

A slice of paradise!! Jean Charles goes out of his way to make your stay perfect. We loved his beautiful country home - truly wonderful. It’s conveniently located to the vineyards of Bordeaux and also the lovely (albeit touristy) town of St Emilion. Taste wine, take a long and lovely hike, rent bikes …enjoy the respite that is Petit Garros!
