Lovely location by a river, comfortable, warm welcome and lovely food

Beautiful town and aux platanes is on the main square which is very scenic with view of the surrounding gorge. Food was excellent in the restaurant. We stopped both ways driving to and from Switzerland.

Beautiful restored Carmeliet Abbey in the centre of Arbois The restaurant was superb, very interesting dishes and wines to marry with the meal.

The hotel was so beautiful, the lady on reception so friendly and gave us the most wonderful huge room. The bed very comfortable.Garage locked to park car. Walking distance to everything in town.

Wonderful room. The staff were incredibly helpful. Great walks around the hotel for our dog.

The hotel was a really nice find. The building had so much character, from games rooms to open planned living room / dining room. It clearly has so much history associated with it and the owners have done a very good job in maintaining its quality. The rooms were spacious, the bed comfy and the shower was exceptional. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The evening dinner was a culinary delight. The chef is extremely talented. I was looking forward to a lovely meal and boy did I get one.

Beautiful establishment in an amazing landscape. Hotel and restaurant were exceptional and the waiters were also very good and friendly with a good sense of humour with the difference in language. Compliments to the chef, we had a great fine dine dinner.

A beautiful boutique hotel that has been fully restored by the owner with no expense spared. Everything was amazing from the rooms to the furnishings to the wonderful cuisine. I cannot recommend this hotel and their lovely staff enough, we will definitely return :)

It was a lovely stay gorgeous comfortable room. We had our dog with us and the room was lovely and warm when we arrived with very cold temp would definately recommend this hotel.
