Location is great - a vineyard for a back garden view. Good parking space at front Ideally placed for touring around the Vineyards- St Emilion etc, Also for day trips to Bergerac and Bordeaux - we did train from St Emilion station - free parking rather than Libourne -harder to park. Variety of shops in area from Carrefour / Aldi / Le Clerc / local shops including a wonderful pâtisserie-tea shop called Boulangerie Feuillette. Market in Libourne good We stayed 10 nights and found the villa very clean, comfortable the air con was much needed in the heat . Meredith who looked after the villa was most helpful- explained the area and recommended shops- restaurants etc Information booklets available and a welcome tea/ coffee tray for us. Really enjoyed the stay- noticed others just stayed a night or two but would recommend a longer stay to explore area.

We loved everything. It was clean and compact but still plenty of room. It was nice to have the kitchenette. Very good shower. The bed was comfortable. Excellent location on the tram line.

Nice studio apartment-style room in Bordeaux at a great price. It’s a bit far from the main attractions of the city (except the impressive Cité du Vin), but had the free car and bike parking I was looking for.
