The gites are very tastefully decorated. You can tell right away that the entire place is a labor of love. Laurent and Laura are excellent hosts and no effort has been spared to make guests feel at home. We absolutely loved the Coquelicots and would happily go back. If you have small kids and need a place where the children can play while you get to rest, this place is ideal for you and I highly recommend it!

In addition to the cleanliness and comfortable facility the apartment was on the slight slope in the peaceful green environment and mountains are seen far. Well maintained property with flowers and shrubs and swimming pool. We understand why guests stay here for a week or so for relaxing and outdoor activities. Major attractions like Rocamadour and Sarlat are within one hour by car. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Jean-Claude and Valérie are very friendly and welcoming hosts. The apartment was clean and VERY spacious. We had an indoor sun room and a nice veranda with comfy chairs and coffee table. We ate prepared our late suppers in the shared kitchen and ate on our veranda - very nice. They are in a quiet setting and it is very quiet and serene. The bed was very comfortable - I have a sore back and slept well. Their breakfast was excellent! We were there in April, so we didn't use the pool (it was ready for us!) , but it looks beautiful and would be a real asset for a summer stay.

The hosts Duncan and Jane were very welcoming and had wonderful suggestions of where to visit. Breakfast was fantastic and you felt like family eating at their huge table in a beautiful big warm kitchen. The room was charming overlooking the river. Bed was comfortable. We had a nice relaxing time.
