Don’t be put off by the hotel’s two-star rating or the 10 m² room size. We liked the hotel: it was quite clean, and the room felt surprisingly spacious. Most importantly, our daughter loves bunk beds, so we were happy to book a family room and make her day. The hotel itself does not have parking, but there is a nearby shopping-centre car park. It costs around €17 for less than 24 hours. I recommend taking a walk through the old town and not judging Toulon solely by its waterfront.

Nice safe clean hotel for our overnight wait to board ferry to Sardinia. I’m not sure there is a good area in Toulon but this hotel was safe & secure. Good breakfast & staff lovely.

Extraordinary breakfast! Room very confortable. Nice to have a shower rather than a bathtub. The WIFI stayed activated the whole time of my stay rather than be cut off each morning requiring to re-establish the link.

5 minute walk from the train. Attractive entrance open 24 hours to retrieve key or ask questions. Pleasant, attentive desk staff. Elevator. Quiet, clean, comfortable room. Excellent continental breakfast.

My wife and I enjoyed a delightful 3-night stay in a Superior room. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Toulon’s pedestrian zone. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the rooftop pool was a highlight. Although we didn’t try the breakfast, it looked delicious. Plus, there are plenty of charming restaurants and coffee shops nearby for a perfect morning meal.

The hotel's location was superb, and the view from the balcony was absolutely perfect.

We liked everything about the property and esp. the location and the friendly staff. The only problem we had was communicating with them before arriving. We tried to send a question about booking the restaurant and trie also to call but received no answer. On the day of our arrival I received an email and message from them letting me know how to access entrance to the hotel and also that the restaurant was closed. As I was drivIng I did not read the message until after we had arrived and we were welcomed by the receptionist. I will add that I had booked 3 rooms, for myself and for 2 other couples. They all were pleased with the accommodations, finding fault with only the ire of the bathroom, for a tall large man!

The staff were amazing! Fede was an incredible hostess and the lady at the restaurant very sweet and always willing to understand us since we did not speak french. Thank you!

This hotel is wonderful and we loved staying here, we only wished we could have stayed longer. We'd biked in and everyone was so kind and llovely, it's an extraordinary and luxurious retreat. We can't wait to go back, there are sort of too many nice things about L'Escapade to say, it's very special. Don't hesitate.

Great location, great reception, loved Toulon

The staff gave me a lovely room on the 5th floor with a balcony that had a beautiful view. For the price, this place is definitely worth it. I will be returning if I find myself in Toulon again.

Place is very clean, staff is super friendly and helpful, restaurant is good and location is central near to restaurants historic places and shopping.
