I stopped here for only one night during my travels. The room was clean, and the bathroom was nice and clean as well. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. There is parking on-site, and everything met my expectations. Highly recommended!

I very much enjoyed staying at Best Western Clos Syrah. It had a very nice bar and lounge area and the restaurant had a pleasant ambience and seemed quite upscale with wonderful pieces of expensive art scattered about. The quality of food was high (we're close to Lyon) with an eclectic menu. Even breakfast seemed special. There was no storage for my bicycle but they were quite happy for me to have it in the room overnight. I'd really like to revisit the hotel when we're next in the area.

Brand new, mini kitchen, great staff. The evening desk clerk delivered extra coffee to my room while we were out to dinner. He arranged the packets into a smiley face on the desk. I was amazed ❤️❤️

Hotel Les Negociants will always remain a fond memory both for me and my sons who have been traveling through France. We had one of the worst hotel experiences in my long life of travel and work all over the world. In fact we felt relieved to have escaped that experience and it was Hotel Les Negociants that we escaped to. It is a classic old school French downtown hotel but well maintained and renovated. The staff is gracious and welcoming in equally classic manner. The rooms are not large but very comfortable and rather elegant. There is a wonderful continental breakfast available with fresh baked goods, and a lovely restaurant on premise (though we did not eat there so I cannot speak to the menu). Check in was seamless and gracious as was check out. It is near the station and there are plenty of wonderful cafes and bistros right on the corner as well as within a short walk. I cannot speak highly enough about our experience at this hotel. It is not a soulless modern chain but, rather, the way I wish more hotels were in the world.

We liked everything: it's an amazing place to stay, well designed for a luxurious experience, beautiful garden, attention to details. Conveniently located, we had a lunch in cafe Andre, and it was very good. Excellent staff and service. Also want to add that the place is very unique, it has its own character! Highly recommended!!!
