Very nice B&B made up of a beautifully renovated farmhouse, with a large garden and very clean swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious with homemade products (jams, yogurt, ...) and à la minute prepared treats. Five days a week (not on Tuesdays and Thursdays), guests can enjoy a delicious table d'hôtes dinner for a reasonable price, but unfortunately we stayed there on a Tuesday. The owners made an excellent suggestion to go to the little village of Châtelaillon-Plage along the Atlantic Ocean where we enjoyed having dinner with our feet in the sand. Our room was very nice, excellent mattress, great bathroom and very silent air conditioning unit.

Château de la Grimenaudière - charme & expérience près de La Rochelle is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Sainte-Soulle where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge.

A perfect summer retreat from the busy La Rochelle city. The Chateau is a very special place. It has a modern and a historic feel at the same time. It feels very quiet and private. The host is very friendly and the room is one of the most spacious I have ever experienced. The breakfast is amazing, it's hard to not try a bit of everything.
