I called operations manager Florin and requested if I could check in 1 hour earlier. As the hotel was not busy Florin assisted me and allowed me to check-in early. This was extremely helpful and allowed me to finish my business for the day in the comfort of the room. I was very impressed with Florin. He was very friendly and helpful. My experience dealing with him made my stay enjoyable. The room was also clean and the hotel is well located close to all major transport routes so I was able to leave early in the morning and quickly get onto the motorway.

near to the train station and coventry center, clean and comfortable environment, the best part would be the nice service, recommended for new comers

It was one night stay, but definitely good value for money, clean, easily accessible from the train station. The staff were fantastic and really helpful and friendly.

Everything was great I enjoyed my stay

The location is excellent. It is close to shopping centre, bus station and train station. I like particularly the nostalgic setting - the setting reminds me of Citizen Kane, everyday is a pleasure.

Lovely comfortable bed, great shower, a nice good sized room. Very friendly and helpful staff, very well located for the train station.

Check in was excellent and staff were very helpful. Used the Gym on 26th December and all was open. Everyone was friendly. Waitresses, reception and room cleaning staff were all excellent. Thank you for a fabulous stay

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was so spacious and comfortable, the pool area was a lovely facility with really friendly, helpful staff and the hotel restaurant served good, fresh food. We'd be very happy to stay again.

Staff couldnt have been more welcoming. Parking was free and ample and it is a 5 minute straight walk into the city centre. Hotel was nice and warm and was so nice to come into a cosy warm bedroom - but then we could turn the radiators down when we slept so it didnt get too hot. No food on premises but the lady at reception encouraged us to bring food into the hotel if we needed. Bathroom was new looking and spotless . Bed comfortable and coffee, tea and biscuits in room along with coat hangers in the wardrobe ( always very much appreciated ) . Really good value for money on our one night stay in coventry for a gig. So thank you

Went to see a concert at the arts centre and was very pleasantly suprised with the proximity of the hotel, then the standard of the hotel made the whole thing an excellent experience.

An absolutely beautiful place to stay in the Old Town. The staff were welcoming and kind and our room was just perfect. Everything about this place was gorgeous. We also had a delicious breakfast of fresh eggs, fruit and coffee and the chef was kind enough to pack up a sausage sandwich to take with us on our hike. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
