they kept my luggage until it was time to check in, offered cup of coffee in their restaurant until such time, restaurant at the hotel is public to the community, popular, food was good, there are only 6 rooms, quaint, plaid carpets, there is a public room for rent; there was a memorial the day I was there, (there COULD be parties so double check before booking) arranged for a taxi pick up to the airport, very helpful staff

Loved that they included breakfast with the price of 1 room, had a lovely Scottish breakfast. The room was great and so comfortable. Shared toilets were clean and great. Very welcoming atmosphere

So close and convenient to Glasgow International Airport and the soundproofing wad excellent you couldn't here the pla nest taking off or landing

The location was perfect for our needs to stop off to Glasgow. The welcome we received and the attention from all the staff. The dinner menu had a lovely choice of starters and main courses. Garlic bread wasn't on the menu but the staff happily prepared us some with fresh garlic not the bottle variety. Our visit from start to departing was totally warm, welcoming and a relaxing vibe. The room was cosy and warm. We enjoyed an excellent night's sleep.

Excellent location ,five minute walk from ovo hydro. Beautiful rooms very comfortable beds. Lovely bar & restaurant area as well as outside sitting areas right by the Clyde. Staff super friendly. Would definitely recommend & hopefully be visiting again.

The receptionist (Ron! Give this man a raise please) is the kindest, funniest and most lovely Scot I came across here, maybe even the most lovely person of the UK, we had such a warm welcome by him, definitely an amazing way to kick off your stay! The other staff is also very very helpful and amongst the kindest I’ve ever come across in my years of traveling. Well that is just the beginning, now come the rooms. The decor is absolutely amazing, super warm and cozy. The bed is absurdly comfortable and big and the bathroom is extremely clean and modern. The corridors are clean and look very safe because they’re well equipped with a lot of firedoors, there’s carpet and look very safe and cozy just like the room.

Excellent hotel, very clean rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff and very delicious breakfast. Also although it is so near the airport, I couldn't hear the planes and had a long deep sleep. I love how comfortable the beds were.

It was super nice, the service staff was very kind, respectful, elegant, they treated us as if we were kings, very sweet, the food was delicious, we tried different things and everything was exquisite. The room was divine, super clean, super comfortable, warm in the winter, we had a tub and I took a relaxing and wonderful bath, no noise from anywhere, the exterior as well as the interior of the hotel are impressive, the coctels are sublime, this time I was only going for one night, but I am looking forward to stay here again, I think it has been the best stay of my life, it was very romantic, very nice, it is close to everything, very good location, facilities and super friendly staff, my partner and I loved it.

The hosts, Marjorie and Tom, were delightful. They took extra care to make sure we had everything we needed including the best whisky choice and setting up our early a.m. cab ride to the airport. We weren't sure that the hotel was in the best location (safety-wise) on our drive in, but it turned out to be a convenient and safe location. Marjorie was exceptionally attentive and made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay. She had great suggestions for a place to pick up lunch and to visit the local abbey.

Stayed many times. Close to family. Excellent nearby restaurants and train station

spa was excellent, professional highly skilled, and friendly staff. The leisure centre was very well equipped with a great ambiance, but staff friendliness and attitude made all the difference
