Quiet and out of the way. Room was simple enough but all you needed. Bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities provided.

When I reached there they ask me first for security paid it was £100 they charged . And then they said we don’t have room available at the moment for some reason so they send me some other hotel . Which is not good . The thing is they have to explain me before check in once they get security money then they tell me about not room availability. And I said I have luggage atleast help me to check in hotel they prefer . It was disgusting. The guy he was jst gave me direction but he didn’t help me . I gave 0 start . (-) negative start if there is any option . So don’t go there it’s my personal experience. Thank you

Cute little hotel at the edge of the 3rd zone, 10 minutes from the underground. Tiny room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, more than enough power sockets. Kind and helpful staff, nice garden. Milk, tea and coffe provided free of charge.

Cheap hotel 10-15 minutes walk away from tube station that is served by the central line. Chose to stay here because of proximity to friends/family. Also close to Wanstead and Leytonstone high streets which have shops, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets

Fantasy value for money- clean, comfortable and secure- important for us as we are women. We had good selection of towels, clean serviceable shower, kettle with biscuits, tea etc. We had dinner in the lounge bar next door and again it was really good value @ around £12 for mains. Lounge had a good vibe- not overly busy but definitely not dead! Thank you

Location is great in a suburb place with great outdoor space good for walks. Not far from public transportation. Staff were welcoming and friendly. They were apologetic of the short comings. The place was clean.
