Location was ideal and accessibility fantastic for my son who has cerebral palsy. We would definitely book again in future. We were in Morecambe to visit family. Wish it was dog friendly then my husband and dog would join us for a longer visit next time. Already recommended it to other family members for when they come to visit our relatives in future. There are some steep stairs, but we never mind that. The host offered us some good advice and gave some local history about the area. There is a public sitting room right inside the front door. The bedroom was clean with two beds (not a sleeper sofa like some) and a big window facing the flats - a beautiful view. Everything was clean with a coffee/tea maker in the room. In the morning, they offered a big breakfast. Perfect for us and our adult daughter.

This property is immaculate and the room is very comfortable. The owners are more than happy to provide any information you need. There is no restaurant on the property, so directions were provided for finding meals and beverages. As I was sitting outside at the patio table the afternoon of my arrival, a cup of coffee was brought out to me. So very thoughtful.

A warm welcome from Gina and her husband. Lovely home made cakes and pastries for breakfast. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated and very comfortable.
