You could see for miles, and walk straight from the property. The host had added so many lovely touches, with snacks, fresh milk, hot chocolate and plenty of wood for the fire and the hot tub. The host was easy to contact and made us feel very welcome. Absolutely loved this beautiful hut…in spite of the rain and wind!

We could have easily spent more time in Castleton for some...

We could have easily spent more time in Castleton for some hiking and a train trip to Whitby. The local people we met were very friendly and the place looked stunning in the sunshine after the rain. Will definitely return to explore the area in greater detail
