Tastefully decorated, comfortable bed, amazing bathroom. Generous host with toiletries and welcome basket. The garden is just gorgeous. So relaxing and calm. Slept really well. So quiet. The host is welcoming and thoughtful. Fresh flowers throughout the property. Large fluffy towels and bathrobes and slippers too. A real quality property. One of the best if not the best we’ve stayed in.

Welcoming staff. Small room but really clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed including a Nespresso machine and a Roberts radio. Fully equipped bar. Clean and modern bathroom with good shower pressure Excellent breakfast. Restaurant/ pub was full (Thursday evening). Really good food!

The staff was fantastic! The owner came over to ensure everything was fine during our breakfast, the staff from the restaurant was lovely and they did an outstanding job as I have allergic requirements, everything was delicious (and safe, thank you!) The place is a dream, we went to celebrate a birthday surprise for a friend and she was delighted!! The rooms are decorated like in a great literature book, and coffee & tea is also provided, I was lucky to enjoy the morning coffee painting in the middle of nature as they have tables around the place surrounded by nature 😍 Couldn't recommend it more !! We will definitely be back! (Easy access - clear instructions on our way, nice road and close to Brighton - 30 mins by car, without the busy environment over there and the opportunity to visit nearby natural places)

I immediately felt at home or even like coming home. Staying at hotels or many other B&B-like places in my life, however plush or expensive, I have always felt a slight sense of unease. This place is not mine, this place is not home. At no moment did I feel this, or even think about or realise that I wasn't feeling it. That is the definition of coming home. Beautiful decor, art and small things like an interesting bedlamp or small figurines shows that a lot of thought, and artistry, went into each and every small and large part of this beautiful experience. Many thanks to Lara and Tom!

Absolutely this apartment was fantastic! We are so happy to see the welcome flower and sparkling wine when we arrived, well equipped (kitchen, tv, wi-fi etc.). The neibourhood is quiet and safe. The owner is very helpful, kind and friendly. I strongly recommend!!!
