Really loved the reception and their flexibility

All the staff we met during our stay were so friendly and professional, the facilities in the bar/restaurant were well kept. Rooms were clean and well equipped.

Good value stay close to Sutton Station.

Staff were very friendly and the facilities were great in hotel. Rooms spacious and had everything we needed. There was a fan in the room too.. Location was great by a pub if wanted food or drinks.

The room was beautifully furnished, everything to hand. A lot of detail and thought had been put into the room. Very comfortable and quiet too, no noise from the bar and the outside eating area was busy but quiet.

Lovely hotel with not a single bad thing to say and great staff. We had a great experience with late check in and early check out. However, this place is so fantastic that it should be enjoyed longer. Especially the nice restaurant and 5-star breakfast.

Confortable bedding and beautiful breakfast

Beautiful scenes in restaurant outside, I view from the giraffe was absolutely amazing we woke up early to see the giraffes eating in the morning from a few of our window.

Location, staff and management.

Breakfast is good. Wi-Fi is fast. The staff are very helpful. If you are driving in London, then it's a great location. They have parking onsite with lots of space. This hotel is near a commercial center with quite a few options of restaurants, within a walking distance (only 5mins walking). It's not far to East Croydon Station (about 8 mins by taxi), and from there you can take one of the express trains and be in the city center quite quickly.

Quiet set in a park, very clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the breakfast was excellent, varied, and delicious. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. It’s about a 5–10 minute walk to East Croydon station. The room was spacious enough for a family of four.

The reception staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Location is good, bus stop right outside the hotel. Ample parking space.

We especially liked the welcome from friendly, helpful, diverse staff, location, comfortable bed, cleanliness, the number of charging outlets for devices in communal areas.
