This was our third overnight stay at this hotel. Very usefully located for Gatwick airport flights, good bar food, comfortable rooms, etc. This stay was exceptional because of the absolutely brilliantly helpful reception staff. We arrived at the hotel and our car which had been acting up on the short drive from the long stay carpark - in this case a six week stay - became pretty much undrivable. Two ladies came out to help us with the car and found us a place to park where an AA van could access it. All the other staff were also friendly and welcoming.

Everything in the hotel and in the room is new and nicely decorated. You get everything you need for your stay (iron, hair dryer, kettle). The staff was very kind and helpful. We only stayed for the night to be close to the airport. There is a bus that takes you to/ from the airport in about 30mins and costs 5 pounds p.p.

I came to this hotel for a weekend break unfortunately mu wife had a bad bug and was really ill our daughter then got the same I cannot thank the staff enough for there absolute compassion and understanding I have stayed in hotels all over the world but I genuinely have never experienced a team so caring I highly recommend this hotel and can't thank the team enough xxx
