We stayed here last week as the very first guests in this accommodation. We booked very last minute (& probably gave the hosts some heart palpitations, sorry, ha!) but we overall had a really good experience. The hosts were incredibly friendly, super communicative (we texted back and forth before arrival) and helpful throughout our stay. We initially struggled a little with finding the exact location/entrance, but the host replied quickly, explained where to park and guided us to the apartment without any issues. For reference for future guests: the entrance is to the left of the main entrance, and check-in was easy with a personalised door code. The apartment itself is compact but well set up for a short stay. It had a comfortable double bed, smart TV with lots of channels and streaming services available to log into (which we didn't need because we got stuck on a tv channel that showed Mr Bean 24/7), a small dining table with two chairs, a private bathroom with a shower and a little kitchen equipped with the basics you’d need. Everything felt clean, tidy and practical. I think this place works especially well for short stays, airport stopovers or if you simply need a convenient and affordable base near Gatwick. The location is right by a main road, essentially just off the M23, making it super convenient to get to, but it also means that you can hear the sound of the road. It personally didn't bother us, especially because it's just a fast road with cars and trucks passing quickly, not something with noisy, beeping car horn traffic. Plus, the bit of white noise from passing vehicles probably helped me sleep too :) The communication and hospitality from the hosts really stood out and made the stay feel very easy and welcoming :)
