Great facilities and excellent location for what I needed to do. I took out the package that included breakfast and gym use and that was good value for money.

Fantastic, spacious and very attentive staff

Felt like we were in a different country, ski sloop vibes and beautiful interior, they have fish tanks on every floor as you get out of the lift. Pool was great, steam room was great, room was lovely, big shower, cosy bed and very comfortable arm chair in the room. Breakfast was top notch too, we had some food in the bar (pizza) it was also very tasty and the staff were all very friendly. We would love to stay there again some day.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast selection was amazing. Will come again

It was really chill and silent

dinner was th eonly bad thing about our stay --- everything else was just incredible... We waited about an hour fo rour food, and when steak delivered it was not tasty at all, no salt not cooked soft or nice, hard to cut to eat ... also no steak knife was provided ... But the hotel cleanness etc was great

The company has obviously spent a lot of money on this hotel and it shows. The ambiance is perfect and the room designers have thought of everything. On top of this the food and the staff were fantastic.

The room was excellent, especially as we were given a free upgrade to help celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary. Dinner was delicious and breakfast was traditional English style, with a large selection of items to choose from.

Full English breakfast is gorgeous. Great location, easy hop into town or the local parks or fast nearby train to Heathrow or central London.

Stayed for 3 nights while visiting my son who lives in Guildford. Perfect location for exploring the beautiful Surrey. Lovely room , spotless clean, with some little touches like free water and cookies replaced everyday. Delicious breakfast served whith realy good food and lots of choices. We had a dinner one night and the food and service were also perfect. Kind and helpful staff. Recommended with no doubt. We will return for sure.
