The room was very nice. Clean and tidy. Bathroom great. Close to the carpark and easy to access. The bar and reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We ate in the restaurant and had breakfast. The food was great. We were heading to Heathrow, and it was only an hour forty minute drive away. Perfect.

There is a cafe and deli a few minutes walk from the hotel. It opens at 10 and offers a great selection for vegans, and vegetarians. Everyone we met was super friendly and accommodating, and the area is beautiful.

Excellent. The young girl who looked after us was very attentive.

room great. I like how water temperature was regulated to conserve

Super nice newly renovated property! All in all a superb service & location for the price. Can definitely recommend for a weekend getaway and perhaps a longer stay. The tv in the bedroom was a fairly sized flat screen with possibilities of screen shearing via Android but not IOS systems.

The staff especially were exceptional. They were very friendly and extremely accommodating.

Its central, next to the cinema and a restaurant and breakfast was good value. Definitely my go to hotel for Northampton! First time visiting my hometown after 8 years and in a wheelchair which is very new to me as well and they were very accommodating and friendly!
