Quiet location within 50min from London city centre. Lovely historic building surrounded by woodland.

I loved the friendly greeting card we got, wine in the fridge, fresh tea and coffee, fresh water bottles. Clean towels layed out on the bed. The place was clean, and homely, I wish I could of stayed longer. But we will definitely be back. It was so lovely. Really needed a break away and this was the perfect spot.

we enjoyed the kettle and the heater in the room and the place was neat and clean. The Staff were always available to help and very friendly staff. We received all the extra help from the team and we are so grateful. it made our stay memorable.

The staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. Our room was very clean and extremely comfortable. One of the nicest stays we have had on our trip to lodon. Two minutes walk to hendon Central Station which made getting around easy. Definitely will be returning.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this guest house and would highly recommend it to anyone, including those planning a longer-term stay. The host is exceptionally proactive, always reachable at any hour, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests are comfortable. He kindly provided an electric kettle on request and even arranged a kitchen knife, which shows great attention to detail. On one occasion, he also offered me food, which was delicious and much appreciated. The room is very well equipped, with a fridge and microwave, and the kitchen is fully stocked, making it easy to prepare your own meals. The environment is quiet and completely noise-free, making it ideal for both work and rest. Everything about the stay felt comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. The location in Harrow is convenient for accessing Central London, and while the nearest station is about a 20-minute walk, frequent buses every 7–10 minutes make commuting quite easy once you get used to the routes. Overall, I would rate this place 9.5 out of 10. Much of the credit goes to the host and the effort he has clearly invested in creating such a welcoming and well-maintained space.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very well prepared, varied and good value. The room was large, comfortable and very dark at night to help with sleep.

The room size was apropriate. They cleaned and made the bed every day and changed sheets every two days. The batroom and shower were apropriate. The people at reception were professional. At night it was always very silent.
