The professionalism, kindness & care received from staff. I arrived extra early at around 8 am due to a bad experience and the need to leave my prior accommodation. On arrival at Grims Dyke Hotel, I asked if I could leave my bag at reception until it was time to check in at 3 pm. The lovely receptionists phoned room service and asked that a room be prioritised and made up and I was invited to have a coffee whilst I waited. I asked if I could order breakfast as I was starving because I had been too scared to leave my room in the prior accommodation. When I arrived at the restaurant, the staff were expecting me, and while I was enjoying breakfast, I was brought my room key. My room was quiet, safe, and soothing. I was able to collect myself and I went for a walk in the neighbouring area for 3 hours. The kindness and care received by the staff meant so much and completely changed my day and my holiday moving forward for the better. Thank you!

I liked everything. The reception was very hospitable, the answers on booking were very quick and concise. Good food, cleanliness, quietness. I will definitely come back :)

The building was absolutely beautiful. A period manor that was reflective of “ said” period.

Just off Junction 2-4 of the M1 motorway, Ramada London North has chargeable parking, modern rooms with unlimited free WiFi and a fitness room.

All well. Please change the toaster. Bread would fall down after toasting and not in tray. When we pull tray to take the first toast 2nd and 3rd toast would fall down. Please change that. We had 4 suitcases and we were given room quote far. Please give rooms closer to the lift when guests have more luggage. Rest all is well.
