Everything was perfect. A home away from home.

The whole experience was lovely we had a spacious garden lodge room with private sauna for just the small lodge residents I was only one who was in there was lovely, food was great little pricey for vegetarian no sausage alternative but fresh eggs and toast hash browns and fruit were available and were great, room service was great

The staff were extremely welcoming and very helpful. Our room was very clean and extremely comfortable. One of the nicest stays we have had on our trip to lodon. Two minutes walk to hendon Central Station which made getting around easy. Definitely will be returning.

The crew member Catalina was very kind and solve our issues during our stay inn.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was extremely comfortable, really great kitchen with excellent facilities and well stocked. Check-in was quick and smooth. The bathroom was very nice too. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely awesome place staff super friendly and helpful

I was sceptical at first given the reviews. Not sure if anything has changed or maybe I was just lucky but my stay was great. The girl who was working there was very lovely and accommodating, the place was great - exactly like in the pictures and check in/out was super easy. Place was clean and comfortable. Great experience overall.

Very spacious, clean, safe and perfect location for getting to Alexandra Palace and 15 min walk from tube.

Very friendly staff, the room is nice and clean, the beds are very comfortable. Great value for money. The location is good - a little bit further away from the city center but by bus the tube station oakwood is easily reached or an overground-station is less than 15 minutes walking distance away.

Good clean hotel and staff excellent

The location is good , the check in was ok in 10min we were in the room. And room is clean. near the guesthouse theres tesco , restaurants and more.
