Straight away I’m sold if it’s got a pool table and it did also added bonus there was a Xbox set up in The lounge to me awesome hotel

All of the staff members were very kind and really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and make sure I enjoyed my stay!

The hotel was at a nice location with access to quite a lot of takeaways around it. Was easy to go to the city center as well which was just a really straight road down in like a 10-15 mins walk.

In no uncertain terms, this is one of my best stays! The staff and owner are truly world class professionals. They made me feel so at home and were so accommodating. I will stay here every time I come to the Newcastle area. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly! It’s a beautiful location at a cost-effective price!

I recently stayed at Grainger House Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value it offers, especially in light of some negative reviews I had seen. From the friendly reception (Derek), to the warm comfortable room and the lovely breakfast each morning, everything was great. We'll be back at the end of the month, and we're looking forward to it.

Great location. Room was quiet. Comfortable AC which was adjustable. Nice view. Corner room overlooked car park and could see up the river and the bridges. Parking can get full but you can park at The Copthorne Hotel just up the road which has many spaces. 15 quid for 24 hours.

Such a super hotel rather than motel. Cental to sights & railway station.

We came late at night the stuff weren't very nice and well coming , there is parking in place .

Within walking distance to all areas of Newcastle. Access on two levels for faster access to the Quayside available.
