The hotel was at a nice location with access to quite a lot of takeaways around it. Was easy to go to the city center as well which was just a really straight road down in like a 10-15 mins walk.

The staff were excellent & really friendly. As I arrived early, I was able to remote work in a quiet bar area of the hotel and was then offered early check-in free of charge

The size of the room was very good, as was the size of the 2 twin beds. The tea and coffee-making facilities in the room were excellent. Staff both on check-in and check out were helpful and friendly. The location was good and with access to the town.

Rooms were big, location was near the train station and accessible to important places in New Castle!

Very central, walking distance to all the activities we have planned and also pubs and restaurants. Hotel was clean, staff were lovely, breakfast was included and very nice too. Would definitely stay again.

The size of room and the view

The position near the station is a perfect starting point to visit the city. There was a problem with my room and the staff was very friendly and fixed the problem promptly offering me a different room. Recommended for touristic or work purposes.

This property exceeded my expectations. We booked the townhouse. It was spacious, exceptionally laid out, modern and whoever designed this space is a genius and thought of everything a guest could want or need! Totally happy with the stay!!!

The cleanliness and location were excellent but the biggest compliment I have is about the staff they are absolutely top class. Possibly the nicest Hotel stay I've had in the UK. David on reception was the most lovely guy and so so helpful and informative

We came late at night the stuff weren't very nice and well coming , there is parking in place .

Location was really great. When entering and exiting from the level 1 entrance it brought you out basically in the main area! Just a 5 minute walk. Hotel room was also fab
