I stayed here for one night and had a pleasant stay. The hotel has recently reopened for the general public. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and some other facilities are not currently available, which is reflected in the lower room rates. Overall, it was good value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything. Staff were brilliant. Food at the bar restaurant was above and beyond. Room was great. Staff explaining why smoke alarm went off at 4am and reassuring all patrons they were safe to stay in their rooms. Cannot fault this hotel

Second time staying here. Great location for driving from Holyhead and near shops. We drove to Warwick Castle from here but previously used it to visit Alton Towers. Breakfast is the most decent one I've seen in a hotel. Double queen room is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids.
