Absolutely loved my stay especially after walking out of a shocking property earlier in the day, this was a different class altogether and a complete joy in comparison. Nice secure gated property adjoining open fields. Ricky was a superb host and couldn't do enough to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The actual room was spotless and reminded me of a Las Vegas hotel room with it's fitted wardrobe and big tele. Within minutes of my arrival a new kettle with a collection of teas appeared carried by a smiling Ricky. You also get some complementary items to aid the forgetful traveller and lovely fresh towels. Both the toilet and bathroom facilities were modern and immaculate. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and found this a very easy review to write.

Everything🥰 receptionist are professional she carry our luggage upstairs and opened the door give us complementary water in our journey home, all the staff from dinner to breakfast is the best there smile and polite service over take my expectations about the food, fantastic served with passion. Our room is clean towels is so fluffy, toiletries,tea,coffee just right,bed is ok, regarding the spa, staff are awesome and available, facilities is amazing pool, steam room sauna and jacuzzi. Overall my husband and I enjoyed and had a wonderful and relaxed weekend. Highly recommend.

Everything was great. The staff is very friendly, always helpful and always has a smile on their faces. The location on the lake is indescribably beautiful. The lake view rooms are unique. Dogs are welcome in this hotel. There are guidelines, but these are not a problem for dog owners. We would like to say thank you to the entire team for this relaxing stay. We would love to come back.
