I felt very relaxed and comfortable with the staff and bar staff, locals lots of banter, and a good laugh, just what I needed. The food was delicious and made with good quality ingredients, presented well.

Nice pub with friendly owners. Rooms were above the pub and were very comfortable. Nice shower stall with hot water. Very substantial breakfast was included. The full English sets you up for the day.

Very welcoming , you felt like a warm blanket had been wrapped round you. Room was spacious and in keeping with the age of the pub. Pub area was comfy with log burner really warm. Good was delicious. Pretty village to explore from. Thoroughly recommend it.

Everything about this place was wonderful! It was in a charming area, the bedroom/bathroom were sparkling clean, the staff were so friendly and the included breakfast was HUGE!!

It is a breathtaking place to stay with so much character. The bed was extremely comfy with a high quality quilt and pillows and everything was so clean and tasteful. Exceptional experience, every thing you can think of was available in the room. Very spacious room with all kitchen appliances. The host really focused on small details like fresh roses and good basic breakfast things. Would definitely recommend this property.
