The location was central, it was very easy to get around the city.

Very friendly staff and the full english breakfast was 100%.

Landlady was friendly, told me where I needed to be and very helpful.

I LOVED everything about this place and truly enjoyed every minute of my stay. The rooms are picture perfect, the breakfast was fantastic and the staff members were super kind and helpful. My only regret is that I booked only 1 night here - but I will definitely come back again because this place is a rare gem. Highly recommended!

The staff were busy and fantastic. Professional though hard pressed. Everything they did was spot on and "client friendly". Their management clearly asks a lot or even too much of them but they seem well trained and positive and really were great. The room was clean, looked good, felt good. The building is iconic and the "Yorkshire greeting" approach works well. The Dugout sports area was good too.

It has everything: restaurant, bar, gym, swimming pool. Room was clean and comfortable. Delicious meals at in-house restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great.

This hotel is wonderful. Was a little worried from reading the mixed reviews, but wow, our room, welcome and everything provided has been top notch. Was even upgraded to a nicer room and welcomed with some beautiful bakery treats and a hand written note of welcome from the guest service team. Very happy and after a long drive, this welcome with a cup of tea whilst admiring the view of Bradford from the window is truly lovely. We’re in room 422, which is new and really lovely. Can’t fault it and will definitely stay here again plus recommend to others. Well done to guest services for creating such a lovely, unique, comfortable stay.

Amazing location & great staff

The property was clean, modern, and easily accessible. Plenty of onsite parking and a great distance to plenty of shops and restaurants.
