Driftwood Cottage made the perfect base from which to explore the locality. We loved all the thoughtful decor and little touches, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The cottage is cosy to return to after a day out, we enjoyed the DVD collection and the log burner a couple of evenings and we were surprised at how well the house retains heat, especially the two downstairs living spaces. Powerful and spacious shower! Nice outside area too with seating & bbq plus fairy lights, perfect for the longer days to come.

Super location on the edge of the site not far from the entrance. Site very dog friendly, everyone seemed to have dogs. Very comfortable clean caravan, with good facilities, owner helpful, had a lovely relaxing break. Loads to do in the area. Will be coming back again for sure.

Great base location, lovely caravan and site and easy reach to other locations. The little cafe by the entrance to the beach was lovely and the breakfast was perfect. Owned by a lovely gentleman who made everyone welcome

Heacham is a very nice part of the country, has great dog...

Heacham is a very nice part of the country, has great dog walking beaches and is very dog friendly. Plenty of pubs with a great choice of beers and wine, not forgetting the gin. Excellent food was found as were excellent fish and chips by the beach

The location was wonderful, and the beach was beautifully...

The location was wonderful, and the beach was beautifully clean and stretched for miles. Perfect for dog walking. The local fish and chips were very good, definitely worth trying while you’re there. The local pubs and Heacham Manor were great for dinner and drinks, definitely worth a visit, but you do need to book in advance.

5 mins from the beach but the beach was quite muddy so need...

5 mins from the beach but the beach was quite muddy so need to be able to clean dogs off and boots. Need to take a torch in the darker months. We eat at the Fox and Hounds food was ok but nothing to write home about.

Lovely walk along the beach to Hunstanton.

Lovely walk along the beach to Hunstanton. A great little caff Ski cafe and bar on the prom towards Hunstanton. that dose a good breakfast. Heacham is a lovely quiet village. The fair ground at Hunstanton not far away is great for kids in the summer. Heacham is a great base for trips around the coast. A day trip to Wells next to the sea was great . Also they had lovely cooked crabs and other sea food delights.
