I could get soya milk for breakfast, which was good. The staff was friendly and the room spacious and immaculate. I wish I could have stayed longer.

United KingdomLove the Marine Bar. We had a great spacious room. Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal and breakfast the next day and both were superb. Excellent location, totally dog friendly and looking forward to going again. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We loved Hunstanton and Old Hunstanton.
We loved Hunstanton and Old Hunstanton. The newer area is where the sideshows are but the older area is very pretty and quieter. We really enjoyed walking around the streets and going down to the beach when the tide was out. Need to be careful of the tides at the beaches here as they come in quickly, but luckily the wonderful RNLI is there too.

Hunstanton is a lovely little place with lovely views of the sea. As a small town it is picturesque with nice walks along the promenade. It is easy to travel to the whole of the north Norfolk coast. We could eat in the hotel and that was good but we also had dinner in The Ancient Mariner which never disappoints.

When the tide goes out at Hunstanton it goes out a long way...
When the tide goes out at Hunstanton it goes out a long way and reveals a large sandy beach. Parts of it at either end are dog friendly all year round, with seasonal restrictions to the main part.
There are many independent shops as well as some of the usual high street names, and plenty of places to eat. Several fish and chip shops, ice cream parlours, cafes, and also kiosks near the seafront. Several shops and cafes are dog friendly too.

Hunstanton is a very quaint seaside town, With things to do for the whole family, Including grandparents, It's clean with plenty of parking, Places to eat, A funfare if wanted, Endless beaches, Wonderful.

It is a clean, safe resort suitable for families but also couples of all ages.There is an amusement park which we did not visit, but would be great for those with children. Also great sandy beaches. The large pub on the green provided live music on Saturday afternoon which contributed to a lovelly atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed seeing the spectacular sunsets across The Wash from this west facing resort.

Hunstanton is my favourite ‘chill out’ place.
Hunstanton is my favourite ‘chill out’ place. Lovely relaxing vibe and slower pace of life. Nice walks and plenty of places to eat or visit nearby.
My only comment, having stayed right in the centre this time, was that we were unable to browse around many of the shops as they closed 3.30-4pm. We visit Hunstanton at least twice a year and expect this during Spring/Autumn visits, but not at the height of the holiday season.

The bed was comfortable and in spite of some very high winds and a busy pub downstairs we had a good night sleep. Very tasty and filling breakfast making a good start to the day, we were in Hunstanton for the annual go kart festival and the hotel was only 100 yards away from the “racetrack”. Sea view from the room, lovely refreshing shower.

Very friendly staff, fantastic food and a great location. Just 10 mins walk down to the beach and 15 mins into the main bit of Hunstanton. The hotel was smart, comfortable and quiet.
The breakfast was superb - very generous and constantly refilled. We also ate at the hotel on our first night and the whole meal was excellent too.

Lovely homely caravan, well equipped and a beautiful deck.
Good shower and comfy beds, we had the linen package which was great.
Plenty of dog friendly bars and cafes. We walked to old Hunstanton, which was beautiful. Not so keen on the immediate area.

The Golden Lion is a very pleasant looking period property with lots of interior and exterior character features. It is located in a prime position with lovely views over Hunstanton.
