Very clean, tidy and hygienic.

Staff & Location, it was a warm welcoming from staff, the area was very quiet and the surrounding very nice close to Goff's park and 10min walk to towncenter

Very comfortable and polite staff.

Very nice place close to the airport for what we needed when we went on Sunday

On arrival, we were met by Jennifer at Reception. Jennifer did everything possible to make our stay pleasant. The rooms that we were allocated were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Bathroom too, with the classy shampoo and body wash By the way, the Burgers that we had at the restaurant were the best Burgers that we've had in years!!!!!

Great location near the airport

Clean, tidy rooms that are a great size. Having the shuttle to the terminals was awesome

The building was beautiful, breakfast amazing and staff was lovely! So close to the airport well be back.

Very comfortable , very cozy . Easy going staff & very surprised for the price I paid at how lovely everything was

very comfy rooms, each with a bath. There’s a beautiful garden around the house. Everything is beyond my expectations. I wish I could come again.

This was our third overnight stay at this hotel. Very usefully located for Gatwick airport flights, good bar food, comfortable rooms, etc. This stay was exceptional because of the absolutely brilliantly helpful reception staff. We arrived at the hotel and our car which had been acting up on the short drive from the long stay carpark - in this case a six week stay - became pretty much undrivable. Two ladies came out to help us with the car and found us a place to park where an AA van could access it. All the other staff were also friendly and welcoming.

Very nice looking hotel. Nice and cozy. They have a pub/restaurant where you can sit and have a drink, a meal, they also serve breakfast. Great value for the money. I got the cheapest room available and it’s really good, nice comfortable bed, everything was clean, good shower, nice tv to watch. Just great. Would go back for sure.

comfortable bed room temperature

The staff, the breakfast buffet, the exceptional service, the ambience, everything was amazing

Everything. Clean soundproofed rooms and fabulous location and price

It's nicer if there's right crossing from the main Premier Inn
