The manageress was so calm, organised and professional. She threw herself into every area of the hotel to make sure it ran smoothly and we were so impressed by her.
Another huge mention for Raji a waiter at the Garden restaurant at the hotel. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was looked after, not just our table but all around us. I heard so many people talking about how wonderful he was. He paid close attention to our needs as a family and ensured my young children were entertained and looked after. I have honestly never had that incredibly high level of care in any restaurant my entire life - he deserve to be recognised for going above and beyond.

To get to the airport was easy! When you leave the guesthouse you take a right out of the gate. Cross the street to the bus stop. Take bus # 100 2 stops to the airport. It only will cost you 2 pounds and it runs a few times an hour week days.

Horley is a small town, so it is walkable, quaint and lovely. It also has a great train station within walking distance with staff there to help you get to where you are going, which we loved because we were traveling from the US. The train station had access to all the fun things in London with an affordable price for lodging in the area. We did stay in London for a week prior to coming to Horley and unfortunately we listened all night to the sounds of traffic, ambulance blaring up the road at 3 am and loud voices of those that hit the pub too long. I wish we could have stayed in Horley the whole time instead of London and simply taken the train in to see the sights. It would have made sleeping at night so much more enjoyable and saved us money on lodging. We really loved this town and if we come back to London again, we are staying in Horley.

I really wanted to enjoy this extended layover (24 hours), and it was a disaster! Gatwick White House was absolutely gross. Please remove from your Booking.com website. Smelled like someone had died in the room, service was terrible, room was not clean, wifi did not function, all false advertising. I will have to refrain from using booking.com if I have a second experience like this. The inhumane conditions are well below any ranking that you could craft. I want my money back.

Horley is a small town with individual local shops on the high street. I walked through from train station to the hotel - just a place to stay before my flight out.
No taxis at train station and no bus stop either! Bizarre. Once you get onto a bus route, the buses were frequent.
Seemed a nice enough small town, I was only passing through. The people I spoke to there were lovely, super helpful.

Lovely comfortable room with all facilities but the TV wasn't working properly as it needed a code, the bed was very low for me to get out of quickly (I'm old,) Noise from someone coughing was preventing a good nights sleep.
Was going on an early flight from Gatwick and though Breakfast was available it would be much too late but could have offered a takeaway but didn't. All other facilities were on offer and all at a reasonable price. for its location..
Why is parking not free or added in the price of the stay especially when there is public parking 200 yds down the road?
Reception and staff were excellent and very helpful. Room facilities very good and double bed very comfy had a good nights sleep before our early flight in the morning. And very near Gatwick airport only a 5 minute drive. Had used this hotel before and will use this again. Definitely recommend to family and friends.
So convenient for flights from Gatwick North Terminal. Great bar and communal spaces, fair selection of food from restaurant, which is reasonably priced for an airport hotel, impeccably clean in communal areas, staff are super friendly and helpful, breakfast is AMAZING!! Our go to hotel when flying out of Gatwick.
Staff were very friendly and helpful! The location was great, very close to Gatwick and an easy walk to the Horley High Street. Our room was clean and quiet! It was nice having the option to eat at the hotel.
I stayed for only one night as I needed a hotel near Gatwick. I had a single bedroom which provided everything I needed. I can easily recommend this place for short stays.
Handy location for Gatwick Airport - Walking distance from Horley Train Station, in quiet area close to Town centre. Basic rooms but prices fairly reflect this.
