Old-fashioned and quaint country pub with comfortable rooms in the peaceful hamlet of Hubberholme, a beautiful and convenient place to break the journey while walking the Dales Way.
I used to come here 40 years ago with my parents and was pleased to see it little changed!

Kettlewell is a small village but boasts three pubs and is an excellent base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales! For walkers, I would recommend a stroll to Grassington and a short car ride to Malham offers spectacular walking opportunities!

Kettlewell is a pretty village ideally situated for walking in Wharfdale. It was quiet when we visited but, given its popularity for walkers, it is worth booking a hotel with parking as part of the deal.

Love Kettlewell, been quite a few times.
Love Kettlewell, been quite a few times. There are lovely walks and the village is picturesque. Beautiful cottages to rent and the Bluebell Inn is fabulous to stay and eat. One of the best things about the Bluebell is that they allow pets too.

A beautiful and picturesque village in the Dales which surrounds Kettlewell. People are friendly and made us feel welcome. It has 3 pubs and food at The Racehorse Hotel was tasty. There’s also a tearoom offering food to eat in an outside area plus take away food too.

Kettlewell is a beautiful place and has lots of beautiful places to visit near by. Really enjoyed the Sheepdog exhibition just up the road, £5.00 for nearly 3 hours of fascinating entertainment.
What would I avoid on my next visit? The Blue Bell Inn.
Lovely old house in a perfect location. Kettlewell is a delight with cosy local pubs. Great views. The house is really spacious so it’s great for a large group without people falling over each other. The games room is brilliant and large and comfy! Kitchen has everything you need. We were a group ranging from 0 to 80 years and the house was suitable for kids and adults alike.
Communication and information from the hosts was faultless. It was all very easy.
Very friendly and helpful staff team. Breakfast and evening meals were both wholesome and the portions were generous - ideal fodder for walking in the Dales! There was persistent drizzle on the day of our stay, but the staff helped us by tumble drying our very wet walking clothes ready for the following morning. Perhaps this was only possible because the hotel was not too busy, but it allowed us to have a comfortable second day of walking in Wharfdale.
This is a lovely inn in the village of Kettlewell.
Rooms very comfortable, clean
The staff were lovely.
Special mention for Jody who greeted us and served in the bar the 1st evening, Kimberley on the 2nd evening and ? Gail who served our breakfasts both mornings. The Bluebell is lucky to have you all working there.
Evening meal very good- substantial meals.
Good base on route for walking the dales way
We've stayed in Kettlewell a number of times previously and familiar with the area - very beautiful place with great walks and pubs for a drink. The accommodation was outstanding. Recently fully refurbished with fixtures and fittings completed to a very high standard. Location and parking spot on as in the centre of Kettlewell with off-street parking. 100%, highly recommended.
All excellent. Mike and Jaynie are so welcoming and excellent hosts. Fabulous rooms and excellent breakfast. Amazing stay - many thanks, such a fabulous place a hidden gem in Kettlewell.
