Located next to the Woburn Estate and Abbey with the herds of deer roaming freely which provided a beautiful backdrop. The courtyard at The Woburn was very welcoming and always with many family groups with their ( well behaved ) dogs. We enjoyed many a drink there. The village is very quaint and worth strolling along. Meals at the Woburn, including breakfast, were exceptional and very good value. We stayed in a courtyard room which was very spacious and warm and the bathroom was quite large compared to other accommodation.

The staff went above and beyond to help and accommodate us. Extra towels were provided flowers that arrived without water were placed in the vase! We are very thankful for our comfortable stay even tough short:)
