Not so small that you felt awkward, not so big that you felt part of a large organisation- very friendly staff who were so helpful, great food, comfy traditional bar area. Pretty gardens.

Great stay in a family room. Rooms recently renovated. The attention to detail was very good. Excellent value for money. Travelled from up north to visit daughter at uni and will 100% be back. The owner and staff were very friendly , and was evident that they are working hard to achieve success. Good size car park with ample spaces. We dined in the restaurant and had drinks in the beer garden both of which were very good.

What a fantastic property! The decor is beautiful, room was spacious, staff were absolutely amazing and welcoming. Quiet spot, overlooking the lovely garden/river with a great deal of parking.
