This is a very old pub under new ownership. The establishment has been tastefully modernized. They are doing all they can to make visitors feel welcome - and they are succeeding! This pub is perfect for just a drink, superb meals, excellent accommodation and a friendly reception. It’s also close to Nottingham city as well as Southwell, all well worth visiting.

What a fantastic property! The decor is beautiful, room was spacious, staff were absolutely amazing and welcoming. Quiet spot, overlooking the lovely garden/river with a great deal of parking.
