Very clean and modern stay. Small but there is everthyng you need. Perfect shower, cosy blankets and very good bed. Lila from staff was very friendly.

Its a budget hotel for sure. The rooms are small but they are clean, the staff are first class and the location is perfect. It is also situatated on a quiet street.

Clean, warm, no bad smells, no damaged and old furniture. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Only 20 min to Harrods, 20-30 min to Hyde park and Mayfair or Big Ben. Close to train station. You will want to return.

Front desk is a very helpful, Wi-Fi is very good every where.

We have got a lot of attention from the staff. We have even found a hand written welcoming letter in our origin language from the chef of administration. It was very small but super warm welcoming surprise. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

This time it is not really easy to state what I concretely like - EVERYTHING. The hotel is PERFECT for the stay in London and to have a chance to dive deep into the way it should be! Starting from Reception to the rest areas and Room itself!

The room was very clean, the breakfast was good, I cannot tell it was a good price because London is a pretty expensive city, but the breakfast was great.

A wonderful hotel with a perfect location right next to the Victoria bus stop. The room was small and without a window, but we knew that when we booked. The staff was extremely kind. An ideal hotel for visiting London. Highly recommend and would book there again on our next visit to London. All sights are within walking distance. There are many cafes and restaurants around, as well as souvenir shops and a post office. Perfect for anyone needing to catch a bus from Victoria. For this price, you won't find a place to spend the night anywhere in the city.
