The decor of the whole place was beautiful. The doorman was very happy in his job . The girls at reception were very knowledgeable. The bar was wonderful, had a grumpy bald man behind there but not going to let that spoil my experience. There was also happy guy called Salvatore behind the bar. He was making amazing cocktails . Overall a great experience. I can't wait to go again. .

Extremely helpful and the service was impeccable from the cleaning crew to reception to the restaurant. Provided with a proper baby cot that was comfortable for our tiny human, room decent size and bathroom massive for London standards. Location great for getting around right next to Victoria station with lots of options for food, pharmacy, supermarket as well, near the hotel.
