Modest property but great location fulfilled my objectives

We stayed in a Junior Suite on the ground floor and we had everything me needed and more. We had not expected a small fridge and a kettle as free tea and coffee are available in the bar area at anytime. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone.

United KingdomI have to say this hotel is absolutely wonderful - the staff are so helpful and accommodating. I want to mention Irina, and her colleague on reception who went out of their way to help me, hours before I was due to check in. The rooms were really lovely, clean, warm and with everything you would expect. Location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk from Victoria station. For me though it was the customer service from this team that means I will definitely be back!
