On arrival the heating wasn’t working, we mentioned this Heidi who quickly responded and resolved the problem, we were soon warm as toast. The evening meal was excellent the crispy chicken Katsu was delicious, my wife had a donner meat pizza which was really tasty, a little on the large side but we are not huge portion fans.

The place is really nice, the garden is beautiful. The place was really clean. Clearly the hosts are fond of it, there is attention to details as cookies and coffee, among other things. The bed was really good. The black out curtain excellent. And the reception by Steve really kind. I would recommend this property for a holiday or for work. To get to the Wellcome Genome Institute one can walk in the morning, but I would suggest a transportation for evenings. There is a convinience shop nearby and a pub.

Very quaint, English country garden setting, very peaceful. Beautiful room, owners had thought of everything and were so obliging and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional. Would definitely recommend it to anyone, home away from home.
